And in all matters of wisdom and understanding, that the king enquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that were in all his realm.
Increasing Wisdom
Scriptures tell us in Luke 2:40 that Jesus waxed strong as a child in spirit, He was filled with wisdom and the Grace of God was upon Him.
However in Luke 2:52 it says that Jesus increased in wisdom and stature and found favour with God and man This means that there are levels of wisdom. The problems you solve and the challenges you overcome are a product of your level of wisdom and the Grace of God.
Manifestations of Wisdom
Wisdom is justified of her children ( ); wisdom can surely be seen. Many who heard Jesus’ teaching were astonished and said
“…from whence has this man these things and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands? (Mark 6:2)
In 1 Kings 10, the fame of Solomon concerning the Name of The Lord spread so much that, Queen Sheba came to see for herself and test him with hard questions.
Howbeit I believed not the words, until I came, and mine eyes had seen it: and, behold, the half was not told me: thy wisdom and prosperity exceedeth the fame which I heard. (1 Kings 10:7)
