A CLEAN HEART FOR HIS PURPOSE

Psalm 19:14
Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
Main Scripture:
“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.” (Psalm 51:10)
Reflection:
The meditations of your heart shapes your life. God, our strength and Redeemer, cleanses our inner motives and desires so they align with His purpose.

1.Ask God daily to search your heart and reveal hidden motives.
Scripture: “Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts.” (Psalm 139:23)
2.Replace worrying and negative meditation with meditation on Scripture.
Scripture: “I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings.” (Psalm 77:12)
3.Confess and forsake any heart attitude (bitterness, envy, pride) that displeases God.
Scripture: “He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.” (Proverbs 28:13)
