Colossians 2:6–7
As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

Psalm 62:10 (KJV) – Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.

Reflection:
False trust in riches, influence, or human systems inhibits the favor of God in our lives. God wants us to rely on Him, not on manipulation or compromise, for progress.

Prayer: Father in Heaven, Deliver me from the spirit of trusting money or opportunity above You in Jesus Name Amen.

2.James 1:10–11 (KJV) –
But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.
For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways.
