Unto thee, O my strength, will I sing: for God is my defence, and the God of my mercy.

KEY NOTES:

1. Salvation is God’s Gift to Those He Chooses
If you are saved it is because God gave you the gift. Ask yourself in a moment what you could have done for God to choose to save you and make you past of his family.

Romans 6:23 – “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

2.God’s Gift of salvation is a priceless gift that cannot be paid for nor qualified for. God’s choice is what qualifies you

Ephesians 2:8–9
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

This verse emphasizes that salvation is a gift from God, not something earned or paid for, and it’s based solely on God’s grace.

3.We must always be thankful for divine selection to have been made a partaker of God’s inheritance in Christ Jesus. Always treat your salvation with humility and gratitude to enjoy more benefits.

Colossians 1:12-14
12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

Prayer 1

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your gracious gift of salvation that You freely give to whom You choose. I acknowledge that I did nothing to deserve this gift, but You chose to make me part of Your family. Help me to live always in gratitude and humility, appreciating the love You have shown through Christ Jesus. Amen.

Prayer 2

Heavenly Father, I am deeply thankful for Your divine selection that made me a partaker of Your glorious inheritance in Christ Jesus. Help me to live a life worthy of this calling, always honoring You with humility and gratitude. Let my heart overflow with thankfulness for all the blessings that flow from being Your child. Amen.
