A. THE FEAR OF GOD

Isa 11:2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
B. FIRMLY FIXED AND FOCUSED
A MIND OF EXCELLENCE IS FIRMLY FIXED ON GOD’S PROMISES OF EXCELLENCE AND DETERMINED TO SEE THEM MATERIALIZE
Psa 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
